Lisa Kelly is the CEO of Carers ACT and has more than 25 years experience working in the for purpose community sector. Lisa has a Bachelor of Applied Science Degree in Health Education, a Bachelor Degree in Psychology and a First Class Honors Degree in Psychology. Lisa has spent the bulk of her career working with young people and in mental health. She specialises in establishing new services. Lisa has held a number of leadership positions within the ACT and nationally and is considered to be an innovative leader focused on attaining positive outcomes for vulnerable members of the community. Lisa has won awards for innovative service delivery and partnership approaches to service implementation. Lisa is passionate about wellbeing, equity, social impact and the value of family carers. Lisa is passionately committed to ensuring that carers receive high quality supports and services and receive recognition of their role within the community.
