Bio
Dr Bardy obtained a PhD in Medicine from the University of Sydney (2008). He pursued his postdoctoral training in Neuroscience at the Pasteur Institute in Paris (2008-2010). He then received the prestigious Marie Curie International Fellowship to pursue his research at the Salk Institute in California (2011-2016).

​In October 2016, he was recruited at the South Australian Health and Medical Research Institute (SAHMRI) and the College of Medicine and Public Health at Flinders University, where he established a new research program to improve transitional success in neurology. Dr Bardy is currently leading the Laboratory for Human Neurophysiology and Genetics. His team design pre-clinical experimental human neuronal models to test various innovative treatment for brain disorders including Parkinson’s, childhood dementia and brain cancer  (www.bardylab.com).
