Allyson Flynn

Professional Bio
Allyson has over 15 years’ experience as a physiotherapist in the rehabilitation of people with neurological conditions across the acute, rehabilitation and community settings. She has a special interest in Parkinson’s disease and is currently undertaking her PhD at the University of Sydney investigating how to increase physiotherapy services to people with Parkinson’s disease. Allyson’s research has been presented at national and international conferences.

Allyson is also a lecturer at the University of Canberra and was integral in establishing and leading the UC Health Clinics Student-Led Neurological Physiotherapy Clinic which has been providing physiotherapy services to Canberra Parkinson’s community for over 7 years.
